This privacy policy informs you about the processing of personal data when visiting this website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and – where applicable – the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system).

This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies, for example to store your language preference. No tracking or marketing cookies are used. Technically necessary cookies do not require consent.

This website currently does not use any web analytics services such as Google Analytics. Should this change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and – where required – your consent will be obtained.

If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, content of your request) solely to handle your inquiry.

Data submitted via the contact form is forwarded to us by email only and is not permanently stored on the web server. The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to handle your inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

For online appointment booking we link to Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling (Google Ireland Limited). If you use this link, Google's privacy terms apply. Its use is voluntary; you can always arrange appointments by email or phone instead.

Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of a contract, required by law, or you have given your consent. Within the affiliated companies ITM-predictive Suisse GmbH (CH) and ITM-predictive GmbH (DE), inquiries may be forwarded for processing.
